Initiate strategic B2B cold calls to prospective hair salons and barbershops Establish, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with salon owners and stylists Confidently present our portfolio of premium beauty brands and solutions Successfully open new accounts and manage territory growth with a consultative approach Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within luxury, beauty, or professional salon markets Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with outstanding organization and follow-through capabilities A polished, professional demeanor and passion for excellence Ability to travel locally and manage your territory independently Why Cool Beauty Consulting?
