Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, based in Long Beach. The Inside Sales Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, sales reporting, and support the sales team outreach to new prospective clients. Additional tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining consistent and timely CRM updates, providing succinct communication, and assisting with sales administration.
$55,000-$65,000 Depending on experience. Full Medical, Dental, Vision coverage.
Qualifications
Manage the support@Kai-Connect general inbox. Receive high volume inbound emails, process and direct to internal sales contact or continue to move prospect appropriately.
Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service roles is an advantage
Above average typing skills. Average is considered about 25 Words per Minute.
Actively grow selling skills through training with sales team, and outside sources.
Attend internal meetings and be able to promptly recap to entire team via email.
Proficiency in using CRM softwares and Microsoft Office Suite (1+ years both)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
