Outside Sales Representative – Events & Field Sales Outside Sales Representatives to sell home internet services and enroll customers for free smartphones through the California Lifeline program. Our team works outdoors at community events, pop-ups, and high-traffic locations, engaging directly with customers face-to-face. If you have drive, energy, and a strong work ethic, this role rewards effort. Community Outreach Partners specializes in delivering affordable connectivity solutions to communities that need it most. We operate face-to-face through high-traffic events and outreach locations, helping families access free phones and reliable home internet programs. We are performance-driven, fast-paced, and selective about who we bring on. If you believe effort should be rewarded, structure matters, and growth is earned—not given—you’ll fit right in. Pay & Schedule $24/hour + commission 22–28 hours per week (40 hours available to top performers) Monday–Friday Consistent Flexible schedules What You’ll Be Doing
Setting up and working at outdoor events, pop-ups, and community locations Engaging the public and starting conversations Educating customers on internet and free phone options Enrolling qualified participants Representing the brand with confidence and professionalism Working independently while staying accountable to goals What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and personal discipline Comfortable working outside and on your feet Confident communicator (no fear of talking to strangers) Competitive, goal-driven mindset Coachable and open to feedback Reliable transportation and punctuality Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
