
Food Sales Rep for Plant Based Products- Spanish Bilingual Preferred

Responsibilities
Execute daily operational tasks for the FS Division, including monitoring open purchase orders and accounts receivable and assisting with customer inquiries. Manage accounts receivable by collecting payments and processing payment requests (e.g., maintaining deductions, rectifying pricing discrepancies). Support sales initiatives by attending food industry trade shows, coordinating and managing customer promotions, and recommending new products to existing buyers. Conduct research on the foodservice industry, including identifying potential customers, analyzing competitors, and staying informed on market trends to enhance the FS Division's strategic positioning. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, buyers, and brokers to strengthen Company brands presence in the food industry. Introduce new items to both new and existing customer base. Contribute toward new product sales goals and expansion. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the Management. Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends. Preferred experience
Prior SYSCO Foodservice distribution experience preferred but not required. Will be responsible for SYSCO and other broadline Foodservice distribution customers. Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service capabilities with a focus on relationship building. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Physical requirements
Ability to travel, including some long-distance business trips. Good driving record, may need to operate personal, company and rental vehicles. Occasionally may need to lift heavy objects as needed.
