Both positions offer uncapped earning potential, a training wage up to $4,000, and full benefits through ADT.

Position 1: Residential Sales Representative (Field Sales) Full-Time • 6 Days/Week • 10AM–8PM • Self-Generated Leads

Perfect for people who enjoy meeting homeowners, working outdoors, and building their own pipeline. This is not a desk job. You’ll be prospecting neighborhoods, conducting in-home presentations, and helping families protect what matters most.

$105,000–$300,000+ earning potential

Uncapped commissions

Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match)

Self-generated field prospecting (no provided leads)

6-day work week | 10AM–8PM

Tuesday is training/admin/reset day

Door knocking, in-home presentations, and face-to-face relationship building

Who Thrives Here:

People who are outgoing, disciplined, independent, and comfortable talking with homeowners. Backgrounds in solar, roofing, pest control, remodeling, cable/internet, or customer service often excel.

Position 2: Resale Sales Representative (Phone-Based / Hybrid or Remote Eligible) Full-Time • Monday–Friday • 9AM–6PM • High-Volume Calling

Ideal for those who prefer a structured, phone-driven environment with minimal fieldwork. You’ll reconnect with former ADT customers and guide them through reactivations or upgrades using high-volume outbound calling.

$105,000–$150,000+ earning potential

Uncapped commissions

Training wage up to $4,000

Monday–Friday schedule (9AM–6PM)

Work 150+ leads/accounts per day

Phone-focused role with Salesforce CRM

In-office, hybrid, or remote eligible (after proven performance)
