Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Department: Integrated Marketing and Communications Reports to: Sr. Manager, Graphic Design Job Summary FC Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who is responsible for concepting and executing high-impact creative that drives performance across digital paid channels. This role blends strong visual craft with an understanding of conversion, testing, and platform best practices to produce scroll-stopping ads that deliver results. The successful candidate will understand the importance of strong communication skills and adhering to tight deadlines. A great attitude, a healthy ability to take constructive criticism/feedback on your work and attention to detail are musts. Beyond day-to-day tasks you have a desire to learn and develop your creative abilities. In addition to normal business hours, weekend, evening, and holiday work will be required as schedule and project workload dictates. What You'll Do:
- Lead the creative development and execution of paid media assets across paid social, display, search, CTV, billboards, web, app, email, and emerging platforms
- Design high-performing ad creative optimized for platform best practices, audience targeting, and conversion goals
- Partner closely with performance marketing and analytics teams to translate campaign objectives and insights into effective creative
- Balance brand consistency with performance needs, ensuring all paid media creative aligns with brand standards while driving results
- Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Prepare appropriate files for printers and vendors
- Help organize and maintain structured file folders
- Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior designers, elevating craft and performance thinking across the team
- Matchday duties will be assigned and will likely focus on live event production and live digital messaging
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-performing creative across paid social, display, search, and digital advertising platforms
- Deep understanding of platform best practices for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging paid media channels
- BS/BA in graphic design, UX/UI or related field or demonstrated work experience
- Knowledge of and/or prior work in sports business sector is a plus
- Knowledge of design techniques and emerging technologies
- Expertise in current graphic design practices, including fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to work independently, as a team member and in collaboration with other teams/functions
- Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with departments and clients
- Basic digital animation experience is a plus
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects
