What This Role Is This is an
entry-level sales role
designed for individuals who may have
little or no construction experience , but are driven to build a long-term sales career (enter progressive language).
You’ll be trained to:
Generate opportunities through door-to-door and neighborhood canvassing
Meet homeowners, identify exterior damage, and set inspections
Learn our sales process, estimating flow, and customer education approach
Build a personal pipeline and manage follow-ups
Represent the Refresh brand with professionalism and integrity
This role rewards
effort, consistency, and accountability .
Compensation
**
$40,000–$60,000 base **
**
Commission with no cap **
Clear path to higher earning tiers as performance increases
You are paid while you learn, and rewarded as you produce.
