We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Enter sales orders on items sold and ordered Must be VERY detail oriented Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Greet and attend to walk-in customers as they come into store Must be proficient with learning computer programs Keep merchandise in all areas folded and stocked Help other team members keep store orderly and clean Qualifications
