This exciting role includes training to operate a Class B box truck while delivering exceptional onsite service for parts washer machines, collecting hazardous waste, and promoting our high-quality products and services along your designated route.

Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship Competitive pay at $23.75/hr with opportunities for raises at 6 and 12 months, overtime pay, and benefits Comprehensive health benefits starting after 30 days of full-time employment, including a 401K plan with Company match Opportunity to own part of the company through our Employee Stock Purchase Plan Career growth and development opportunities available at every stage Company-sponsored training and educational reimbursement Your Responsibilities Include: Prioritizing health and safety while adhering to all work practices, policies, and procedures Visiting up to 10-12 customer locations daily Switching out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions Maintaining and servicing parts washer machines, ensuring cleanliness Upselling products and generating new leads during customer interactions Servicing automotive repair shops, fleet operations, and manufacturing businesses Completing daily service schedules, deliveries, and pickups punctually Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations Safely operating vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT requirements Adhering to all company environmental and health safety guidelines Performing additional duties as required Qualifications We Are Looking For: Valid Class B CDL Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment Basic proficiency in computer usage and mathematics Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service abilities Capacity to perform physical functions as necessary for the position Willingness to undergo background checks, drug tests, and physical evaluations Compliance with OSHA's Respiratory Protection standards, which may include facial hair regulations Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customer service Prior commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL) Clean Harbors is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing access and equal opportunity for individuals with disabilities in employment and in our services.
