We are looking for candidates with 10-15+ years of comprehensive experience in credit risk analysis and underwriting, ideally coupled with deep knowledge of commercial lending practices. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting detailed evaluations of credit exposures and risk profiles Presenting assessment findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders Mentoring and leading a team of Reviewers to foster a culture of excellence Managing complex review engagements as Reviewer in Charge Analyzing intricate credit structures to ensure accurate risk ratings The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess outstanding communication skills, and excel in engaging with stakeholders at various levels. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential, while advanced educational qualifications or professional certifications will be advantageous.
