Deliver tailored nutritional counseling to residents and their families to promote health and well-being. Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes for residents. Qualifications: Registered Dietitian required. Must comply with all state and federal regulations and guidelines. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. Experience in long-term care settings and with electronic medical records is essential. Food-service management experience is a plus.
