Job Title: Provider Contracting Operations Analyst Department: Provider Contracting Operations FLSA Status: Exempt

About the Role: This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting databases to support the team's business requirements and continually improve data acquisition and reporting methods. This includes periodically reviewing and enhancing database processes and functionalities, developing internal systems and exception reports, and ensuring timely and accurate credentialing, contracting, and provider information management systems. In performing these functions, the role regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in analyzing complex data, developing reporting solutions, and supporting operational strategies that impact provider networks and contracting outcomes.

What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain databases, tracking tools, and reports leveraging department systems supporting network adequacy and department operations Perform routine, ad-hoc, and audit-related analyses Serve as a point of contact for department-related data requests, ensuring timely, accurate delivery Support integration and data exchange between internal and external systems and business intelligence platforms Identify opportunities to streamline department operations through improved data workflows, reporting, and automation Develop and deliver data analytics and reporting training for department team members Provide guidance and support to all users utilizing department data systems. Promote data discipline and best practices across the contracting organization Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field such as 5-7 years of experience in provider contracting, managed care operations, or healthcare data analytics or an equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience in an IPA, health plan, hospital, or managed care organization preferred Strong background in healthcare contracting data, provider networks, capitation models, and operational analytics Skills & Knowledge

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables, data validation) Experience designing and maintaining databases, dashboards, and analytical reports Strong understanding of managed care contracting, provider reimbursement, and healthcare data integrity Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for operational and leadership stakeholders Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills You're great for this role if:

This is a remote position. The home office is located at 600 City Parkway West 10th Floor, Orange, CA 92868. This position requires coming into office at least once per month at our offices located in 1600 Corporate Center Dr., Monterey Park, CA 91754 and 600 City Parkway West 10th Floor, Orange, CA 92868. Additional in-office days may be required based on business needs or special projects. The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $92,000 - $108,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
