As a new member of our team, you will immerse yourself in the financial services industry and develop valuable skills through a well-structured growth pathway with
three key milestones: Licensing Preparation In your initial months, you will prepare to achieve your FINRA (Registered Representative) licensing by studying for and obtaining your SIE®, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all funded by Fidelity. You will receive paid study time, access to coaching, and workshops to ensure your success. Skill Development As you progress, you will manage more complex customer inquiries while regularly connecting with your team and leader to expand your professional network. Proficiency With growing confidence and expertise, you will explore various career opportunities through job shadowing and our dedicated career center. The Expertise and Skills You Bring A strong commitment to completing the FINRA SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 exams via our top-rated licensing program. A passion for continuous learning and the ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts to enhance decision-making. A strong desire to build rapport with customers through thoughtful and effective communication. Ability to manage diverse emotional situations, steering conversations towards successful resolutions. A growth mindset focused on long-term success through adaptability and accountability. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capability to analyze scenarios effectively, utilizing available resources for resolutions.
