
Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality cabinetry. The ideal candidate has a general knowledge of woodworking and basic shop tools, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship on every project. Key Responsibilities
Fabrication: Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches to build custom cabinets, vanities, and built-ins. Machinery Operation: Safely operate shop equipment including table saws, routers, edge bander, CNC and various hand tools. Assembly: Perform precise joinery, gluing, clamping, and assembly of cabinets. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and dimensions. Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: No experience necessary. Basic knowledge construction and/or cabinetry a plus. Technical Skills: Knowledgeable about using hand tools and power tools; ability to accurately read a tape measure and add/subtract fractions. Material Knowledge: Familiarity with various wood species, veneers, laminates, and hardware (Hettich, Blum, etc.). Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay Range: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience).
