Position Flooring Sales Specialist
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 / year (plus uncapped earning potential/commission) Type: Full-time

What You'll Do: Help customers find the right flooring solutions in-store, by phone, or email
Build lasting relationships with clients and vendors
Create quotes, orders, and invoices using ERP software
Manage customer payments and handle transactions
Stay organized and maintain a clean, welcoming showroom
Grow your product knowledge and become the expert your customers trust
What We're Looking For: Great communication skills; friendly, clear, and professional
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic math
Sales or flooring experience is a plus but we’re happy to train the right person
Positive attitude, problem-solver, and a team player
