Senior Content Management Analyst - Tax Compliance Specialist , you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital content strategy. Your expertise will guide content projects, enhance user engagement through analytics, and facilitate collaboration among team members. Your contributions will significantly influence our brand's online presence and user experience. A successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and have a thorough understanding of U.S. Federal and state tax laws. This role reports to the Content Manager for the Axcess Advisor team, TAA R&L. Key Tasks: Track changes to tax law and monitor developments in the tax community to identify relevant iQ events linked to tax form fields. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, developers, product management, production, and editorial) for the development and maintenance of CCH Axcess IQ/Advisor. An understanding of federal and state tax returns is essential for interpreting tax developments (legislation, regulations, guidance from tax authorities, court rulings, real-world events) in a way that clarifies their impact on taxpayer reporting requirements. Proficient knowledge of CCH Axcess is required. Serve as an advisor on comprehensive and advanced projects. Engage in new product development as necessary. Create and build queries in Excel to identify affected taxpayers within Axcess based on tax form fields. Draft explanations (ELPs) to inform practitioners about recent tax developments. Write sample client letters that practitioners can use to explain tax developments to their clients. Coordinate the loading of content to Axcess/AC across various teams on a rotating basis. Assist with content creation for federal legislative developments in preparing/loading federal ELPs and queries. Review/edit outside author material and contribute to the creation of ELPs for new product development (Advisory Services). You're a Great Fit If You Have: Advanced Writing:

Compensation: $66,700.00 - $116,400.00 USD. Compensation range is based on the primary location of the position and varies with factors such as skills and experience.
