As a Senior Client Partner, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of consulting services and securing high-value contracts by leading diverse teams and collaborating with software sales executives. You will craft and manage a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new consulting opportunities and meet booking targets within key accounts. Your primary responsibility will involve building relationships and closing deals with prominent healthcare and life sciences clients while ensuring effective implementations that address critical industry challenges, such as workforce shortages, regulatory compliance, supply chain resilience, and the integration of patient and financial data. Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Pipeline Ownership:

Define and execute a consulting sales strategy focused on healthcare and life sciences across designated accounts or territories. Build and maintain a robust pipeline, consistently achieving bookings and revenue targets while supporting Oracle software sales. Pursuit Leadership & Deal Closure:

Lead intricate pursuits from qualification to closure, coordinating teams across consulting, sales, solution engineering, and delivery. Develop compelling strategies to close deals tailored to healthcare and life sciences buyers. Executive Relationships & Collaboration:

Forge trusted relationships with C-suite and Line of Business executives, positioning Oracle Consulting as a strategic ally. Collaborate closely with Oracle software sales leadership to influence outcomes and drive service growth. Implementation & Delivery Credibility:

Act as a knowledgeable advisor on implementation strategies, ensuring that sold deals are well-defined and aligned with best practices and client outcomes. Contracting, Risk & Commercial Discipline:

Lead contract negotiations, clearly detailing scope, risks, and commercial terms. Mitigate delivery risks through prudent deal structuring. Thought Leadership & Market Presence:

Share industry insights and transformation best practices with internal teams and clients while enhancing Oracle Consulting's thought leadership in healthcare and life sciences. Forecasting & Performance Management:

Maintain accurate records of pipeline and performance metrics, managing deals to ensure margin and delivery success. How You Will Be Measured: Bookings and Booking Growth Revenue and Revenue Growth Deal Margin (Sold and Delivered) Utilization and Delivery Success Minimum Qualifications: 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a client partner or consulting sales role. In-depth expertise in the Healthcare and/or Life Sciences industry with the ability to advise senior executives. Demonstrated success in selling or delivering enterprise software and consulting services, including Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with software sales leaders to drive services attachment. Experience leading complex pursuits, negotiating large deals, and navigating long sales cycles. Practical experience in program delivery or consulting leadership. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of the regulatory and operational challenges in healthcare and life sciences. Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills. Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools. Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagement and business development. This position offers a competitive salary range from $139,400 to $291,800 per annum, with the potential for bonuses and equity.
