The servers will assist with preparation and portioning of menu items as well as set-up and clean-up duties in dining rooms, pantries and kitchen./ppOpportunities with WVC:/pulliExcellent benefits available including medical, dental and vision/liliPTO package + an extra day off for your birthday/liliTuition reimbursement and scholarships/liliUse of amenities, such as our fitness center, spa, cafes and swimming pools/liliTeam member appreciation events/liliPlus many more/li/ulpWage: $15.00/hr/ppResponsibilities:/pulliProvides prompt, courteous service to residents and guests following Willow Valley standards and observing correct portion sizes, diet restrictions, food allergies and safe food handling techniques./liliWorks in conjunction with other team members to ensure efficient and timely meal service./liliMay assist with preparation and portioning of food items for meals, snacks, and nourishments./liliCompletes set-up/clean-up side work as assigned./liliEscorts residents and guests to their table, provides menus, gives specials, and pours ice water./liliTakes resident food and beverage orders at tableside and enters into computer software system./liliAssembles food and beverage orders and serves meals in courses, utilizing a large serving tray and carrying at shoulder height./liliObserves diners to respond to requests and clears used dishes between courses./liliCarries trays and bus tubs of dirty dishes to dish room./liliClears and resets tables throughout the meal for the next groups of diners and at the conclusion of the meal for the next meal period./liliMay assemble and deliver wellness meals or room trays to residents./liliSets-up, serves and cleans up banquets or special functions, as needed./liliResponsible for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning jobs, according to lists and calendars./liliRestocks pantries and kitchen areas with condiments and supplies according to stock lists. Maintains clean and organized pantries and storage areas./liliAssists with motorized vehicle parking and personal walker parking and retrieval./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliNo experience needed.
