Overview Join us as a Senior Paid Media Strategist, where you'll play a key role in accelerating global growth through impactful paid social initiatives. You will manage and optimize campaigns across major platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X, and others. Your expertise will directly drive high-quality lead generation for our worldwide Salesforce team. The Opportunity: In this role, you will report to the Digital Media Team Lead. We are seeking an experienced paid social specialist who thrives in managing substantial budgets and is driven by performance metrics. Using data analysis, rigorous testing, and audience insights, you will continuously enhance campaign outcomes and identify new avenues to engage our target audience. Your Day-to-Day: Ignite global lead generation by crafting, managing, and executing digital media campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and X, fulfilling and surpassing client acquisition and ROI targets. Develop and optimize audience strategies using both first- and third-party data, encompassing segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modeling. Engage in comprehensive data analysis of campaign performance metrics to detect trends and implement strategies that maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Collaborate closely with Strategy and Planning, as well as our in-house creative agency, to produce compelling ads, creative testing frameworks, and messaging strategies. Lead consistent testing initiatives across audiences, creatives, formats, and placements to extract additional performance improvements. Work together with platform partners (Meta, LinkedIn, X) to remain updated on best practices, discover testing opportunities, and enhance performance. Your Qualifications: 3+ years of direct experience in paid social media as a buyer/planner, digital media analyst, or account manager managing comprehensive digital campaigns. Proficient in managing and optimizing campaigns on advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and X Ads, focusing on audience strategy, creative testing, and budget oversight. Strong ability to analyze and interpret performance data using Excel (including formulas and pivot tables). Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar) to guide optimization efforts.
