Overview

MD Landscaping is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and quality across our Maintenance, Irrigation, and Excavation divisions. This position is responsible for managing crew schedules, overseeing administrative processes, and conducting site visits to verify quality standards and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Schedule Management

Prepare and communicate a 72-hour schedule for crews, ensuring timely departures and proper documentation. Provide crews with picture punch lists and timecards for weekly service projects. Collect and review daily paperwork from Foremen. Approve job packs and verify completeness. Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure Picture Punch Lists contain all necessary details for successful job completion.

Work Ticket Management and Time Reporting

Accurately enter and review crew time daily, escalating discrepancies to the Field Supervisors. Submit all timecards to payroll weekly. Complete work tickets and close jobs in Aspire promptly. Manage hours tracking in Aspire efficiently.

Receipt & Expense Report Management

Create purchase orders for all maintenance receipts. Generate and submit expense reports before weekly deadlines. Ensure all receipts are filed, coded, and entered in Aspire accurately for Finance.

Quality Control & Site Visits

Conduct regular site visits to Maintenance, Irrigation, and Excavation projects to ensure adherence to quality standards. Document findings and communicate corrective actions to crews and managers. Serve as a liaison between field teams and management to maintain client satisfaction and project excellence.

Job Specifications / Qualifications

Education & Training

High School Diploma or GED required. College degree or relevant certification/license preferred. Experience & Certifications

Valid driver’s license with fleet insurance approval (required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Aspire (preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred). The Perks
