Overview
The Beacom School of Business at The University of South Dakota is a vibrant, internationally accredited business school that has served students since 1927. It is the State’s flagship business school and a regional leader with consistently high national rankings. We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual for our Coordinator of Marketing and Enrollment. The successful candidate will bring a positive energy to recruiting undergraduate and graduate students for the Beacom School of Business. The individual will work closely with the Dean, Assistant Dean, and Associate Dean. Responsibilities
Developing a multi-faceted strategic recruitment plan with an engaging tactical approach. Leading the efforts of Beacom in meeting the undergraduate and graduate enrollment growth goals. Managing prospective student recruitment efforts including, but not limited to, representing Beacom at college fairs and high schools, presenting information to guidance counselors, facilitating prospective student/parent campus visits, engaging with community colleges, etc. Developing relationships with teachers, support staff, and student organizations in high schools with high enrollment potential. Collaborating with Associate Dean on recruitment efforts and prospective student management. Utilizing CRM systems, e.g., Slate, to manage leads, construct reports on recruitment metrics, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Acting as a liaison between USD Admissions and Beacom to ensure information is up to date, coordinate outreach plans, etc. Coordinating marketing promotion efforts and update marketing/recruiting materials.
