Formula Based Summary

The Corporate Relationship Manager III is responsible for expanding and deepening banking relationships within both the non-profit and commercial & industrial (C&I) sectors. This includes business development, credit structuring, and delivering tailored solutions to non-profit organizations, government-related entities, and middle-market businesses. Tax-exempt experience is highly valued to support non-profit clients or municipalities with public funding sources. Job Description

The Relationship Manager III, Corporate Banking is primarily responsible for making and servicing a wide variety of business and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, which are complex in nature. Handles larger, more profitable customer relationships within the department. Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance. Team Culture

You will use your business savvy to identify new prospects and develop new business opportunities. You will use your knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations to our clients to help them enhance their business. You will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions. You will use your credit acumen to make recommendations for deal approval, structuring loans, mitigating and identifying risk, and complying with regulations. Education & Experience Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years’ corporate/commercial banking experience, including direct work with non-profit and/or C&I clients. Knowledge of non-profit finance, commercial lending, and credit analysis. Experience with municipal finance, public funds, or tax-exempt lending highly desirable. Proven ability to drive business development and manage client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CTP) are a plus. Ability to build trust and credibility with diverse client groups. Strategic and solutions-focused mindset.
