What You\'ll Be Doing We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Search Manager to own and scale our paid search acquisition efforts. This role is heavily execution-focused, with responsibility for campaign creation, optimization, and performance improvement across Google Ads primarily, with exposure to Bing and Apple Search Ads.
You’ll be expected to think strategically, but spend most of your time in the platforms, building, testing, and optimizing.
This is an onsite position based in Pleasanton, CA.
Compensation Details
Base Annual Salary:
$114,000 - $151,000
Annual Bonus:
Up to 10%
Your Impact
Own end-to-end paid search execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads
Build and manage campaigns: keyword research, structure, match types, bidding, and budgets
Continuously optimize performance through:
Search term analysis & negative keyword management
Bid & budget adjustments
Ad copy testing and asset iteration
Partner with design and content teams on ad assets and landing page alignment
Analyze performance across the full funnel (click → conversion → revenue)
Monitor attribution, conversion tracking, and data integrity
Identify growth opportunities through new keywords, campaign types, and audience strategies
Report on performance with clear insights and recommendations
What You Bring
4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns
Deep expertise in
Google Ads
(Search, P-Max, App or Demand Gen a plus)
Experience with
Bing Ads
and
Apple Search Ads
Strong understanding of keyword strategy, auction dynamics, and Quality Score
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Comfortable working with dashboards, raw data exports, and experimentation
Experience collaborating with design, analytics, and engineering teams
Nice to Have
Experience at scale with large budgets
Familiarity with attribution tools and analytics platforms
Experience optimizing for downstream metrics (LTV, CAC, retention)
