Senior Brand Marketing Manager‑Beauty – Los Angeles. Hybrid onsite role in Southern California.
The Brand Marketing Manager will drive brand growth by developing innovative strategies and go‑to‑market plans for new launches and core businesses with executional excellence. They will own insights across consumer, category, culture, and consumption to launch breakthrough communications and data‑driven marketing. Responsibilities include business & competitive analysis, budget management, and preparing presentations for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Work harmoniously with cross‑functional teams (Product, Operations, Creative, Social, Influencer, Community) to develop collaborative brand and product marketing strategies. Manage product launch cycle to ensure on‑time delivery and proactively resolve issues across teams. Assist the Director in managing a launch GTM timeline and coordinating all launch elements (formulations, competitive advantages, clinical testing, retail campaigns, and 360 marketing GTM plans). Develop analysis and gather information to support plan/strategy development and provide market recommendations that drive business results. Pull and analyze sell‑thru data and research sub‑category trends to generate insights for short‑ and long‑term growth across multiple retail channels. Analyze business data, draw conclusions, and articulate category knowledge and the customer business cycle. Ensure forecasting reflects promotional grids, channel demands, and marketing partner needs; perform forecasting, consumption, shipment, and inventory analysis autonomously. Manage day‑to‑day partnerships (ideation, vetting, shipping, communications) and the highly complex forecasting process for viral products. Work closely with marketing partners (Social, Influencer, Community, Digital) to create breakthrough consumer communications across all touchpoints. Qualifications
MUST currently be a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at a beauty company in LA. 6+ years of business‑related experience focused on quantitative data management and project management skills.
