The Marketing Specialist is an established performer who supports General Marketing functions and projects by applying a strong knowledge of industry practices and standards. This role is responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of a wide range of marketing initiatives.

This position is located at the Dallas Corporate office and is an on-site role. This is not a work-from-home position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop marketing materials for various platforms.

Facilitate the execution of customer requests to ensure delivery expectations are met.

Collaborate with managers and cross-functional partners to develop and execute marketing projects.

Analyze market data and identify key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.

Provide timely and accurate proofing, fact-checking, copywriting, editing, and formatting support during new product launch initiatives.

Execute merchandising programs for various initiatives and collaborate with the Merchandising Programs Manager to report on key metrics.

Support marketing campaigns aligned with the annual strategic plan to expand market share and support growth objectives.

Provide day-to-day marketing support for internal teams.

Assist in the development of product sales tools and marketing campaigns to support product launches.

Develop training materials as needed for new initiatives.

Participate in projects and assignments as part of a collaborative team environment.

Conduct research and analysis, draw conclusions, and identify potential impacts to job or work areas.

Interpret data, identify anomalies or gaps, and apply prior experience to solve problems.

Apply innovative solutions to enhance individual work and, where applicable, team effectiveness.

Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.

Influence others within the job area through clear communication of facts, policies, and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Education

Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.

Two to four years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong understanding of current and emerging digital technologies.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Express, and Premiere.

Competencies

Strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles, as well as industry practices and standards.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
