Responsibilities
Provide primary analytical support for product optimization analytics and strategies Collaborate with various teams to influence the development and enhancement of new products and features Analyze customer data to ensure targeting strategies meet client and customer needs Utilize statistical modeling and data visualization tools to develop actionable recommendations Communicate findings clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related field, with 6+ years of experience in data/analytics in the banking/financial services industry 3+ years of experience using statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, or Python 3+ years leading large-scale analytics projects with cross-functional stakeholders 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, SAS Viya, or Power BI Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree or MBA in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics Extensive knowledge of card industry P&L and credit risk performance Experience justifying assumptions and explaining complex analytics outputs to stakeholders Project management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics techniques
