Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Follows Legends Global Human Resources policies to assure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions. Maintains compliance with state regulations concerning employment.

Maintain employee records, including personal information and employment history.

Performs recruitment activities. Writes and places advertisements. Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Plans and conducts new employee orientations.

Administers various Human Resources plans and procedures for all facility personnel.

Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

Investigates incidents, accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.

Prepares EEO-1 annual report; assures for the completion and submission within established time limits.

Assists in preparation of salary plan and other reports as otherwise directed.

Verifies the calculation of the monthly premiums statements for all group insurance policies.

Maintains and compiles departmental reports, on a weekly, monthly and as otherwise directed.

Carries our payroll responsibilities.

Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

Requires solid understanding of Human Resources and Benefit administration.

Must have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn HRIS system.

Familiarity with COBRA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations is a must.

Clear written and verbal communications.

Good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail a must.

Good time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Work well in a team environment.

Able to maintain confidential information.

Education And/or Experience

Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university

2 to 3 years related experience and/or training

Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience administering HR and benefit programs

Skills And Abilities

Strong communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external people on all levels

Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations required

Excellent attention to details

Computer Skills\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing software. Additionally, individual must be willing to learn and use accounting/financial reporting software and ADP software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities\nFollows Legends Global Human Resources policies to assure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions. Maintains compliance with state regulations concerning employment.\nMaintain employee records, including personal information and employment history.\nPerforms recruitment activities. Writes and places advertisements. Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Plans and conducts new employee orientations.\nAdministers various Human Resources plans and procedures for all facility personnel.\nResponds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.\nParticipate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.\nInvestigates incidents accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.\nPrepares EEO-1 annual report; assures for the completion and submission within established time limits.\nAssists in preparation of salary plan and other reports as otherwise directed.\nVerifies the calculation of the monthly premiums statements for all group insurance policies.\nMaintains and compiles departmental reports, on a weekly, monthly and as otherwise directed.\nCarries our payroll responsibilities.\nPerforms other duties as required and assigned.\nQualifications

Requires solid understanding of Human Resources and Benefit administration.\nMust have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn HRIS system.\nFamiliarity with COBRA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations is a must.\nClear written and verbal communications.\nGood punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail a must.\nGood time management skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nWork well in a team environment.\nAble to maintain confidential information.\nEducation and/or Experience

Primary Job Duties

Research, identify, qualify, and secure profit-generating business opportunities within the Arizona market in accordance with Insignia's standards and guidelines while meeting established revenue goals

Generate leads and cultivate long-term relationships in the event planning, production, and promotion communities, and with other relevant companies, organizations, and groups

Stay current on industry trends and developments within the local market to inform strategy and service enhancements

Collaborate with clients, internal departments, and outside vendors to coordinate all logistics to execute each assigned event; build appropriate event order packets for each client

Collaborate with Craft Heritage culinary team and management to develop, customize, and execute menus for catering and event staffing needs

Participate in both internal and external meetings including but not limited to walkthroughs and tours of event spaces for clients and vendors, menu reviews, department meetings, staff meetings, pre-shift meetings, etc.

Prepare and provide required reports to Insignia Leadership including special event revenue reports, profit and loss statements, sales recaps, and projections

Gather post-event client feedback to assess satisfaction, evaluate performance, and identify risks or liabilities associated with events

Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Summary\nThe Gameday Partner, Relationship Associate is responsible for helping welcome partner and community members volunteering during Cardinals home games at State Farm Stadium. The primary goal of the staff is to help volunteers get checked in, educated and familiar with the Stadium, how to best fulfill their service, get trained on equipment or tools to be used, and where to go for questions or issues.

This role is required to work all pre-season, regular season, and playoff games and must be present at least a half hour before car parks open to receive location assignments. Our Gameday Partner, Relationship Associates are responsible for the safe return of any equipment or tools volunteers utilized. This role requires strong customer service skills when interacting with partner and community volunteers.

Primary Job Duties

Helping to welcome volunteers.

Educate volunteers about locations, assignments, and any equipment/tools.

Ensure volunteers are aware of rules, policies and best practices associated with their service.

Effectively handle any issues that might arise from volunteers.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: GED/High School diploma OR college degree in-process or completed

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service

Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests and address their needs
