What You’ll Do As an Advertising Traffic Coordinator, you will work closely with our creative, account, media, digital, and production teams to manage projects from kickoff through completion. You will be responsible for keeping work moving, details tight, and teams aligned.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing the flow of jobs through our internal systems from start to finish

Creating and maintaining schedules, timelines, and status updates

Assigning work and coordinating resources across departments

Ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines, brand standards, and quality expectations

Monitoring job progress and proactively identifying risks or bottlenecks

Communicating clearly with team members to keep everyone informed and aligned

Maintaining organized job files, documentation, and version control

Supporting leadership and teams with accurate reporting and workload visibility

This role requires someone who sees around corners, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in keeping the machine running smoothly.

Experience & Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced professional environment preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working with creative teams and production timelines

Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office or similar platforms

Willingness to learn IMG’s processes, standards, and expectations
