Would you be a great Commercial Loan Operations Specialist? Responsibilities
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of commercial loans, using strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Handle daily data entry and maintenance of the Loan Accounting System. Load commercial loan packages onto the core system, monitor adjustment requests, and manage non-posted transactions. Review daily reports, verify the accuracy of loan inputs, and perform quality assurance across all operations. Maintain data integrity by cleaning up names, addresses, and collateral information. Identify trends, mitigate risks, and help uphold the bank’s commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance. Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant banking operations experience. Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office. An accounting background is beneficial for calculating payments and interest accurately. Experience in bank loan operations and familiarity with lending regulations is advantageous, especially for booking and maintenance of complex commercial loans. A high school education or GED is acceptable if the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities are demonstrated. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication are critical for verifying loan accuracy and managing workflows. Education & Experience
