What We’re Looking For: Positive energy and relentless drive Strong communication and people skills Eagerness to learn about online retail, wholesale, and product sourcing A competitive mindset with a passion for winning Team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: No experience necessary – full training provided Excellent verbal and written communication Confident, coachable, and open to feedback Self-motivated with strong work ethic Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport Basic computer skills (email, CRM, online tools) Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales Identify new business opportunities and market trends Negotiate deals and deliver excellent customer service Manage client accounts with consistent follow-up and care Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing strategies Provide product demos and support to prospective clients What We Offer: Weekends Off Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
