Hospitality Manager - Freelance – 2026 F1 Season (Geneva - Switzerland)
Join the FIA and lead the premier hospitality experience at the pinnacle of motorsport. As a Hospitality Manager for the 2026 Formula 1 Season, you will be in charge of the guest journey, ensuring that the FIA’s standards of excellence, professionalism, and prestige are reflected in every interaction. As a Hospitality Manager, you will play a central role in delivering high-end services that support the reputation of the World Championship. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, coordinating complex logistics and high-level stakeholder relations while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on operational perfection and enhancing the experience for FIA guests and dignitaries. MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: STRATEGIC EVENT COORDINATION & OPERATIONS
Plan, organize, and execute world-class hospitality services for FIA events, meetings, and high-profile occasions throughout the 2026 season. Act as a primary liaison for the FIA Formula 1 Championships Special Operations Coordinator and the FIA Head of Events, providing administrative and on-site organizational support. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure all bespoke hospitality requirements are met with precision and timing. GUEST SERVICES & VIP RELATIONS
Serve as the frontline representative for FIA guests, providing elite customer service and ensuring a sophisticated environment for all visitors. Manage the end-to-end processing of FIA Formula 1 Championships guest pass requests, collaborating with Special Operations to facilitate approvals by the FIA President. Provide dedicated on-site assistance for FIA guests during Grand Prix weekends, managing interactions with grace and resolving any issues or concerns with immediate, professional solutions. FACILITY & VENDOR ARCHITECTURE
Oversee the management and maintenance of hospitality facilities, including the oversight of the FIA Motorhome during the European leg of the season. Liaise with external vendors and catering partners to negotiate service contracts and ensure rigorous compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align facility operations with broader organizational goals and FIA sustainability initiatives. FINANCIAL & BUDGETARY OVERSIGHT
Monitor hospitality expenditures across the season, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising the premium nature of the service. Ensure transparent reporting and budget adherence for all hospitality-related vendor services. PROFILE:
University degree or equivalent expertise in Hospitality Management, Event Operations, or a related field. At least 5+ years of experience in managing high-end hospitality or VIP services, preferably within Formula 1, Motorsports, Sports or international luxury events. Proven track record in vendor negotiation and the management of temporary event infrastructures (e.g., motorhomes, Paddock Club suites). Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex logistics across multiple international time zones. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with high-ranking officials and diverse technical teams. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus. Contract Type:
