Role Overview The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical support role within the Partner Marketing team, contributing to the strategic and tactical execution of marketing programs for university partners. This role has been enhanced to support pillar‑specific coordination (Fee For Service or Revenue Share), enabling Partner Marketing Managers (PMMs) to focus on high‑value strategic initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator is central to driving project efficiency, creative coordination, and campaign support.

This role reports to the Director of Partner Marketing and is located in Chicago, offering a hybrid work environment with a minimum of three days required in the office each week, with additional days as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities Creative & Content Execution

Manage creative review workflows with internal and external teams.

Coordinate minor content updates, webinar decks, and campaign collateral.

Prepare campaign materials such as statistics, testimonials, and service documentation.

Project & Asset Coordination

Organize logistics and manage timelines for webinars and partner‑facing events.

Submit and track creative and digital projects using workflow tools.

Audit, organize, and catalog marketing assets for reuse across programs.

Strategy & Insights Support

Assist PMMs with campaign briefs, competitive insights, and research summaries.

Compile key data and metrics to support marketing reports and performance analysis.

Contribute to the development and refinement of discovery documents and strategic presentations.

Cross‑functional Support

Facilitate alignment across teams including Creative, SEO, Digital, and Enrollment.

Help streamline project communication, reducing reliance on email by leveraging tools like Workfront.

Coordinate administrative and operational tasks to increase PMM bandwidth for client strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2–4 years of marketing or project coordination experience preferred.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented; adept at managing multiple priorities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Microsoft Office).

Analytical mindset with a collaborative, team‑first approach.

Compensation & Benefits The base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $62,000.
