As a
Senior Editor , you’re more than a technical expert—you’re a storyteller who understands how to evoke emotion, build narrative tension, and convey the right tone for any client. You can lead an edit from start to finish, handling everything from color correction to audio passes. You’re a key creative partner, capable of interpreting complex feedback and working closely with creative leads to shape high-quality content across platforms. Responsibilities
Set the pace and emotional tone for edits aligned with client goals. Execute music selection, sound design, and basic audio editing. Color correct and lightly grade footage when necessary. Present concepts and work to Director-level creatives. Mentor junior editors and contribute to refining post workflows. How You’ll Grow

The essentials
5+ years of professional editing experience. Mastery of editing tools, color workflows, and audio design. Proven ability to lead edits and guide junior teammates. Strong communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated creative excellence across a variety of formats.
