We are seeking a talented and driven

Graphic Designer

(Production Artist) to join our Creative Services team in

Richardson, TX . In this role, you will execute and technically prepare global retail marketing assets across our portfolio of brands, with a primary focus on Point of Sale (POS) materials that drive in-store sales and brand presence. What You Will Do In This Role

Global campaign adaptation & versioning Adapt approved global campaign creative into market-ready POS and retail marketing assets across formats, sizes, and languages Apply global brand guidelines and templates to regional and local needs (resizing, localization, format/version management) Create regional/local marketing executions based on global guidelines, ensuring premium look and consistency Production, prepress & quality Prepare technically correct print-ready files (prepress), including checks for bleed, dielines, resolution, packaging, and output specifications Support color consistency and print quality across markets, partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors when needed Perform high-quality image retouching and asset manipulation to meet brand and production standards Project management & collaboration Prioritize and manage a high volume of projects, balancing design specifications, timelines, and regional requirements Collaborate closely with marketing and creative partners to deliver on time, on brand, and to brief Build mock-ups and design proposals for local/regional Co-Op activities and retail initiatives Asset administration Organize and maintain creative service data, file structures, and server hygiene to ensure smooth production workflows Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat; confident with MS Office Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, print production, and digital asset requirements Excellent attention to detail with a strong quality mindset and high commitment to delivery Structured, organized, self-reliant, and comfortable working independently under tight deadlines Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus What We Offer
