Reports to Sr Director of Marketing- Marketing Project Manager Job Description The Marketing Project manager will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, owning timelens, workflows, and cross functional coordination to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.

This role partners closely with the go to market teams including: Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Creative, Digital, Influencer, and Commercial teams to manage campaigns, launches, and always on marketing programs in a fast-growing beauty brand environment.

The Ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, unflappable, someone who thrives on bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex marketing programs.

Responsibilities include:

Own project management for 360 marketing initiatives, from brief intake through final delivery – this role will specifically focus on the go to market planning process

Own timeline governance, including recommending tradeoffs, flagging risks, and escalating decisions when milestones are at risk

Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows across marketing and creative teams

Manage project intake and prioritization in partnership with marketing leadership to ensure realistic timelines and balanced workloads

Serve as the central point of coordination for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability

Track team capacity across launches and always-on programs, flagging bandwidth constraints and recommending resourcing solutions

Manage approvals, feedback cycles, and asset handoffs to keep work moving on schedule

Identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps, and proactively flag solutions

Maintain global internal marketing & key dates calendars and ensure visibility across team

Support launch readiness by tracking milestones and deliverables across teams

Partner with team leads to improve processes, documentation, and ways of working Provide clear status updates and reporting to leadership as needed

Facilitate go-to-market meetings, driving agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking action items to completion

Work with various teams on key topics for each meeting

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in marketing project management, creative operations, or similar roles

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional workflows

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail

Clear communicator who is comfortable driving alignment and decisions

Process-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

Experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer brands a plus
