We’re looking for a
Senior Content Designer
to join a growing product team focused on a
Payroll product suite
within a modern B2B SaaS platform. This role blends
design leadership, strategic thinking, and user research
to transform complex workflows into clear, simple, and powerful user experiences. This is a
hands-on individual contributor role
with significant ownership, working closely with product, design, engineering, research, and operations teams across multiple regions. What you’ll do
As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving content across critical product areas. You will: Be primarily responsible for
US Payroll and Benefits Administration product content , with secondary ownership across the wider payroll suite Translate evolving processes, policies, and system changes into content users can clearly understand and act on Collaborate across cultures and time zones with global teams in product, engineering, research, and operations Create and maintain documentation and guidance used across internal tools such as
Figma, Lokalise, Asana, and Notion Organize content within
Figma
so it’s structured, reusable, and ready for scale and AI-supported workflows Create and update UI text string keys using
localization tools and plugins Participate in product and R&D sessions (kickoffs, working sessions, bug hunts) to support shared understanding and smooth rollouts Identify patterns where content causes confusion or friction and propose practical improvements Own and evolve
content standards, templates, glossaries, and governance models Help define sustainable, long-term approaches to content management and governance What we’re looking for
5+ years’ experience in
Content Design or UX Writing
within SaaS organizations A portfolio demonstrating
design leadership and end-to-end ownership
of complex product areas High proficiency with
Figma
and content management or localization systems Passion for people and building strong cross-functional relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive, reliable self-starter with strong organizational skills A creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex systems Comfortable working as a senior
individual contributor
while collaborating closely with a team Nice to have
Experience working with
developer platforms
(e.g. GitHub) Familiarity with
AI tools
such as ChatGPT Experience or domain knowledge in
HR, Payroll, or Benefits platforms Contract & setup
Initial
6-month contract , with strong likelihood of extension Hybrid working model
