Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site TikTok Specialist to join our team at WOLFpak in Costa Mesa, CA. The TikTok Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing our TikTok strategy, driving engagement, and expanding our presence on the platform. Key responsibilities include creating compelling content, managing TikTok LIVES, overseeing the TikTok Shop, implementing campaigns, coordinating with affiliates, and scheduling and managing content creation staff. All activities should align with WOLFpak's brand identity and marketing goals. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem and a proactive approach to leveraging its features for brand growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience and deep understanding of the TikTok platform, including its algorithm and trends.
Demonstrated experience in managing and executing TikTok LIVES, Shop operations, and ad campaigns.
Experience with affiliate marketing strategies and influencer collaborations on TikTok.
Ability to schedule, train, and manage content creation staff or a team for TikTok initiatives.
Creative vision for developing engaging video content tailored for TikTok's audience.
Excellent analytical skills to track performance, optimize content, and report on key metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing platform features.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A portfolio of successful TikTok campaigns or managed accounts demonstrating platform expertise is a plus.
