Project/Traffic Manager, Marketing

– you will drive marketing projects from concept to execution, overseeing workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple business units including equipment, apparel, and nutrition, spanning B2C, B2B, and international markets. The role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who can streamline processes to keep projects on track. What You Will Bring

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects across different teams and business units. Experience in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. Familiarity with marketing workflows across digital, social, email, events, and print. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Knowledge of the fitness industry, B2C/B2B marketing, and international marketing is a plus. Knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production processes is a plus. Interest in assisting with pre-production, production, and post-production logistics is a plus. Extremely proactive, organized, and detail-oriented; will manage the marketing project management tool and serve as the go-to for project status across cross-functional teams. Computer Skills

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar). Education And/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. 6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, creative, or e-commerce industries. Experience leading the GTM (Go to Market) process. Experience working in an advertising agency and/or with in-house marketing and creative teams. Project Manager specific courses are a plus. Compensation base range: $75,000 - $95,000 Day One Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision; HSA with employer contributions; FSA options; LTD/STD, Life and AD&D (100% premiums covered by REP); 401k and Roth options with employer match up to 4%; EAP Time Off and Perks
