As the Brand Manager, you are a guardian and innovator for the Vida brand — blending strategic vision with creative execution to elevate our company's identity and bring compelling branding solutions to our clients. You lead branding efforts that capture the essence of sophisticated, inspiring spaces while supporting marketing initiatives, managing our social media presence, and guiding a team of graphic designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact work. You maintain precision across branding guidelines, design deliverables, social content, and client packages, ensuring everything is polished, on-brand, and delivered on time. Strong Communicator:
You articulate brand strategies, design concepts, and performance insights confidently, adapting your messaging for internal teams, clients, social audiences, and stakeholders. A Multi-Tasker:
You juggle branding projects, social media management, team oversight, and client deliverables with calm focus, even under tight deadlines or shifting priorities. What You’ll Need
Education & Experience:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or design and 5+ years in branding, marketing, or design within creative industries with a proven track record in developing brand identities, managing social media engagement, leading design teams, and creating client-facing branding packages. Software:
Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, web site platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma), social media management platforms, project management tools, and are comfortable adopting new technologies for branding and content creation. What You’ll Do
Implement Brand Vision:
Protect Vida’s brand identity, style guidelines, and visual language in the interior design space. Ensure alignment across all company touchpoints while adapting solutions to reflect current design trends and client needs. Develop Branding Packages:
Create comprehensive branding packages for Vida and our clients—including logos, mood boards, color palettes, typography systems, brand stories, and style guides—that capture the unique vision of luxury, functional, and inspiring interiors. Social Media Presence & Engagement:
Execute Vida’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), develop content, manage posting schedules and campaigns that showcase our work, engage design enthusiasts, build community, and drive visibility and leads. Support Marketing & Content Creation:
Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including digital content, email campaigns, promotional materials, press releases, and collateral that highlight Vida’s expertise and client successes. Oversee a Team:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, providing direction on projects, reviewing work for brand consistency, fostering creative growth, and ensuring high-quality output across all deliverables. Drive Visibility & Consistency:
Contribute to PR efforts, award submissions, portfolio updates, and web presence to reflect our brand values and strategic goals in the interior design industry. Enhance Client & Partner Support:

Vida operates on a hybrid work schedule. Employees work Mondays and Fridays from their home office and Tuesday - Thursday are in office workdays. Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000 / year Compensation within the salary range will be determined by various factors, such as relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and the needs of the business or organization. What You’ll Get
