As a member of the Pro Customer Service and Sales Team, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales by utilizing your product knowledge and loyalty programs. Meet monthly sales targets and other performance metrics. Assist customers at the Pro Desk, manage material loading, and ensure smooth deliveries. Provide specialized product and paint knowledge to help customers achieve their project goals. Collaboration is essential, as team members work together to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. You will also help resolve delivery issues and highlight Home Depot's competitive advantages. As part of our Pro Customer Service and Sales Team, you will contribute to store objectives by monitoring inventory levels, executing sales initiatives, and delivering top-notch customer service while prioritizing safety.
