Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Lead Cloud Architect specializing in AI Solutions! In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy innovative Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions that tackle complex business challenges. Engage with strategic clients and executive stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into advanced cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions for maximum impact.
You will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI systems, including large language model (LLM)-based applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph with Observability. You'll support scalable, secure, and production-ready deployments while guiding customers from initial Proof of Concept through to full production, including solution architecture, infrastructure configuration, performance optimization, and customer enablement.
Responsibilities include creating and delivering essential technical assets, reference architectures, and demonstrations that drive customer success and support sales engagements. As a technical leader and mentor, you will influence product and engineering roadmaps based on insightful customer feedback, ensuring we maintain deep expertise in cloud platforms, distributed systems, and emerging Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with strategic customers to develop strong leadership relationships and implement tailored solutions.
Gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through expert coding and scripting.
Deliver customized presentations and demonstrations to clients, conferences, and events.
Support customers from Proof of Concept through to production deployment of services.
Create and distribute valuable technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
Serve as a lead contributor for customers and sales on advanced technical cloud solutions.
Identify gaps and propose enhancements, influencing engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
Provide direction and mentoring to team members, ensuring continued growth and expertise.
Stay current on emerging technologies to maintain your competitive edge.

Compensation and Benefits:
US Hiring Range: $113,100 - $185,100 annually. Eligible for equity and commission with a 70/30 pay mix.
