As a Client Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our consulting services and closing significant deals by leading cross-functional pursuit teams in collaboration with software sales executives. Your responsibility will be to design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that generates a robust consulting pipeline and meets booking targets for your assigned industry or accounts. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring successful software implementations. Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:

Create and implement a successful sales strategy to expand the consulting pipeline and achieve revenue goals.

Closing Deals & Leading Pursuit Teams:

Manage sales opportunities from lead qualification through to deal closure, emphasizing compelling deal strategies and realistic close plans. Lead cross-functional teams to align with the close plan and foster collaboration.

Collaboration & Relationship Building:

Build strong relationships with software sales executives to drive growth in consulting services alongside software sales. Regularly engage with clients to enhance relationships and positively influence deal outcomes.

Implementation Expertise:

Act as a subject matter expert in software implementation, guiding clients on strategic roadmaps to maximize the value of their Oracle products. Collaborate with clients to define project vision and manage implementation risks.

Contract Negotiation:

Successfully negotiate contract scope, terms, and conditions to mitigate risks for both Oracle and the client.

Consulting Business Growth:

Ensure that sold deals are implementable, achieving both revenue and margin targets.

Customer Advisory & Relationship Management:

Develop lasting relationships with executive clients and provide insights to address business challenges, expanding Oracle Consulting's presence within the account.

Thought Leadership:

Share insights on industry trends and implementation best practices to contribute to Oracle's thought leadership.

Forecast & Metrics Management:

Maintain high accuracy in sales metrics including pipeline, forecast, and bookings.

Client Success & Reference Cultivation:

Drive customer satisfaction and ensure our clients are referenceable accounts.

This position is ideal for individuals with a proven ability to close complex deals, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with software sales leaders. A strong capacity for driving results through relationship-building and strategic execution is essential for success in this role. How you will be measured Bookings and Bookings Growth

Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a Client Partner or similar consulting services sales role.

Demonstrated success in selling and delivering enterprise software and services, especially Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, consistently achieving sales targets.

Strong capability in building relationships with software sales executives to facilitate services growth.

Proven expertise in crafting and implementing sales strategies and negotiating complex deals.

Significant experience in program delivery roles, including solutioning and consulting.

Extensive industry knowledge to effectively advise clients and provide aligned solutions.

Proficiency in identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value consulting deals with large enterprise clients.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years in consulting focused on services delivery.

Proven record of selling services or software within the Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Energy sectors.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving financial performance.

Deep industry expertise and the ability to translate knowledge into successful sales approaches.

Capability to nurture executive relationships and employ consultative sales techniques for tailored solutions.

Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines effectively.

Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and drive business development efforts.
