Position Summary The Sales Associate is a key member of Boelter’s growing Inside Sales Team—the foundation for the future of our sales organization. This role combines business development and account management, helping to fill Boelter’s sales pipeline by selling more products and services to existing customers while driving new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Prospect and engage new customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, email campaigns, and cold calling.

Work with sales teams across Boelter to identify new opportunities with existing customers.

Book meetings for strategic accounts in collaboration with the Enterprise Business Development team.

Account Management: Build and maintain a personal book of business. Follow up with customers post-project for replacement equipment and supply orders. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Work closely with product specialists to prepare quotes and proposals. Coordinate with sales leaders to identify opportunities and execute outreach strategies.

Brand Partnerships: Promote Boelter’s exclusive partnerships (e.g., Boomerang Water, Tabbed Inc.) to differentiate in the market and open doors with new customers.

CRM & Reporting: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads/deals, perform automated sequencing, track activities, and maintain accurate records.

Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.

Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 2-5 years of related experience. Note additional years of education and experience may be substituted for each other, as determined by Human Resources. Ability to read, write and speak English is a requirement of this position. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to use a keyboard, calculator, and telephone. Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift (10 lbs.), and an ability to adjust vision for close vision work. Benefits

Associates working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in our benefit programs. Coverage begins the first of the month following hire date for those that enroll in:

Short-Term Disability coverage is provided via salary continuation at a rate of 60% of your base salary. You are eligible for this coverage after one year of employment.

401(k) contributions can start as soon as the first payroll of employment and include a company match.
