Associate Outside Sales Manager
to support our sales operations, develop leadership skills, and grow into a full Sales Manager role. This position is ideal for a high-performing outside sales professional who wants the next step in leadership while still earning strong commission-based income. Key Responsibilities
Run company-provided, pre-set appointments with homeowners
Present Ameritech’s products, pricing, and solutions professionally in the home
Assist in coaching, training, and supporting outside sales representatives
Help manage daily field activity, lead flow, and performance accountability
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
Represent Ameritech with professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service
Collaborate with sales leadership to improve processes and results
Qualifications
2+ years of outside, in-home home improvement sales experience (required)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Leadership mindset with interest in sales management and team development
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
