
Station and Sales Manager
Location: Ft. Wayne, IN
ST Radio Fort Wayne , home to Majic 95.1 (WAJI), Classic Hits 101.7 (WLDE), and ALT 99.5/ 102.3 (WGBJ), is seeking a Station and Sales Manager to join our team. This position will lead our sales operations, offer day-to-day oversight of station departments, support day-to-day station workflow, and collaborate closely with our Digital Sales Manager, Programming, and Promotions to drive overall success. This individual would dually report to the radio group President as well as the Director of Sales. This role plays a key part in shaping strategy, developing talent, and ensuring strong performance across the cluster.
We’re seeking someone who: Has a track record of sales success
Able to coach and develop sellers
Comfortable with local direct business
Proven ability to grow revenue
Thinks like a station manager
Accurate reporting and forecasting
Organized and reliable
Strong and consistent follow‑through
Has strong ideas, understands the business, and partners well with programming
Has solid broadcast leadership experience
Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in broadcasting (REQUIRED)
Understands how programming, sales, and operations work together
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, lead and support the sales team to meet revenue goals
Build strong relationships with clients and community partners
Work closely with programming to align sales and content
Assist with daily station oversight and operational flow
Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and budgeting
