Industrial Equipment Company in Southeast Houston is currently hiring an experienced Dispatcher / Inside Sales Representative to join their team! In this role, the Dispatcher / Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for dispatching multiple service techs, quoting and upselling equipment and services, making follow‑up calls, providing high‑level customer service, maintaining key account relationships, managing workflow by updating systems, handling open orders, and supporting invoicing.
Salary: $50K - $65K/yr.

Qualifications
2+ years of dispatch, inside sales, and service coordination experience
Industrial tire or forklift industry experience highly preferred

Effective quoting, scheduling, follow‑up, and closing skills
Experience with CRM or ERP systems – FieldServio or TreadTracker ideal
Bilingual in English/Spanish a huge plus
