Position Overview We are actively seeking an experienced and driven Director of IT Applications and Strategy to lead our digital transformation initiatives. This key leadership role will report to the Sr. Director of IT and will be instrumental in defining the strategic roadmap and ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of SAP S/4HANA across critical business functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in essential SAP modules necessary for Production Delivery, Supply Chain, Quality Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement within a regulated environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to significantly enhance our operational efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the

SAP S/4HANA functional and solution roadmap

in alignment with our digital transformation strategy and business objectives.

Act as the primary

solution architect and functional expert

across integrated S/4HANA modules including PP, MM, QM, SD, and EWM.

Translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant SAP S/4HANA solutions using best practices and industry insights.

Oversee project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with budgets, and adherence to quality standards.

Implementation & Optimization Lead comprehensive SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from the initial phases through to post-implementation support.

Manage core business process designs including:

Procurement:

Managing Direct, Intercompany, and Source-to-Pay processes.

Supply Chain & Manufacturing:

Overseeing production planning, execution, inventory management, and material requirements planning.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to Quality Management processes in relation to regulatory requirements.

Warehouse & Logistics:

Implementing advanced software for warehouse management in regulated environments.

Ensure compliance with

GXP, FDA, and other industry regulations

through rigorous validation and documentation standards.

Team Management & Governance Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of SAP consultants and external partners.

Establish strong

SAP governance processes

encompassing change management as well as documentation standards.

Serve as the primary liaison between the IT department, Business Process Owners, and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience

in SAP functional delivery, with a minimum of 7 years leading SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Deep functional expertise in core SAP modules such as

PP, QM, MM,

and

EWM.

Proven background in a

highly regulated industry

with familiarity in compliance and validation standards.

Demonstrated leadership capability in managing complex, cross-functional teams and projects successfully.

Education & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

In-depth understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori applications, and modern SAP integration technologies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

The base salary range for this role is $186,880 to $233,600. In addition to the base salary, our total rewards package includes potential for merit increases, participation in a short incentive plan, health benefits, and 401(k) participation. We also offer flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and additional time off during a designated shut-down period in December. Total compensation will depend on various candidate-specific factors including experience, skills, and education.
