What You'll Be Doing The Lien Account & Relationship Manager focuses on building and sustaining relationships with a portfolio of select customers across multiple industries. You will leverage data to understand usage patterns, identify opportunities to drive product adoption, and determine up-sell opportunities within existing product lines. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem solving, and a clear understanding of the client’s business goals. Primary responsibilities include guiding new sales from contract signing to full share of wallet in the first 12 months and conducting regular business reviews to advise on best use cases and maximize value and revenue.
Achieve individual sales targets and up-sell within assigned accounts
Monitor and interpret product usage data to drive adoption and revenue
Develop customer relationships with focus on improved product use and expansion within existing lines
Onboard newly signed Lien customers and promote adoption during the first 12 months
Identify leads for up-sell/cross-sell and share with Sales Executives
Serve as primary contact for escalations and coordinate internal resources to ensure high client satisfaction
Stay informed on new solutions, product enhancements, regulatory changes, and industry trends; communicate impact to customers and the company
Maintain clean and accurate data in CRM
Performance Metrics
Individual quota attainment and renewal/up-sell targets
Customer adoption targets and progress
Leads identified and communicated to Account Executive
Customer satisfaction scores and retention
Completion of product trainings and professional development
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to work a hybrid schedule (office 2 days/week; ET/CT)
8 years of B2B commissioned sales or equivalent
Experience in Account Management, Sales, Technology Training, or renewal sales
Experience in financial services or lending compliance
Data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights
General product and application knowledge; ability to explain recommendations clearly
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder relationship development
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Proactive, self-motivated, and professional in written and oral communications
Ability to learn new CS offerings quickly

Compensation: $52,300.00 – $89,350.00 USD. This role is eligible for Commission. Base salary offers are location- and experience-dependent.
