We are currently seeking a detail-oriented
Inside Sales Engineer/Representative
to join our team in Canonsburg, PA. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment while supporting customers and driving sales growth.
Job Summary
Answering incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
Preparing accurate quotations and proposals for a variety of technical products
Processing customer purchase orders and issuing purchase orders to vendors
Providing product information, pricing, and order updates to customers
Supporting Outside Sales Representatives with inside sales functions and project coordination
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and ERP systems
Assisting with light troubleshooting and technical support, with additional resources available for more advanced issues
Required Qualifications
Highly responsive and detail-oriented approach to work
Ability to understand mechanical principles and communicate technical concepts clearly
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in valves, instrumentation, or related industrial equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (especially in Engineering, Business, or a related field)
Prior experience in technical sales or customer service in an industrial environment
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Location This is a full-time, office-based position located in our Southpointe office in Canonsburg, PA.
Training & Support You will receive comprehensive training on the products we offer and ongoing support to ensure you have the tools and knowledge to serve our customers effectively.
