Responsibilities of Outside Sales Representative (Staffing Consultant)
Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Drive new business through aggressive cold calling, drop-ins, and relationship-building
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to consistently exceed sales goals
Deliver compelling proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with staffing solutions
